The cellar, the long bar, and Tuesday nights

Where the bottles live, where to sit if you came to drink properly, and the one night built around it.

The bottle collection sits behind the east tables, lit so that it reads as part of the room rather than storage hidden away from it. It is worth walking past before you sit down.

Where to sit

The main bar is a long curved counter with twenty-one stools along it. If you came to drink attentively rather than to hold a conversation across a table, sit there — you can ask questions, and the answer arrives without anyone crossing the room.

Tuesday is built around it

Cellar Night runs on Tuesdays: bottles opened by the glass, alongside sharing plates from the kitchen. It is the one evening of the week designed for people who want to try several things rather than commit to one bottle.

Monday has its own shape — Garden Reset, from five, with the kitchen deliberately unhurried and classics served two for one. Between the two, the start of the week is the quietest and most generous time to drink here.
